Orange Juice Benefits!

If you love orange juice, there is good news. A recent study found that it reduces oxidative stress after a high-fat, high-carb breakfast.  The normal-weight adults in this study consumed a 900 calorie breakfast of an egg muffin sandwich along with hash browns. The nutrition composition was 81 grams of carbohydrates, 51 grams of fat and 32 grams of protein. In the three groups, one group added orange juice, a second group added water and third group added a glucose drink . Orange juice reduced the levels of oxidative stress produced as a result of the meal. Although Orange juice has many benefits, we prefer more people eat oranges, instead of the juice to get the nutrients along with the fiber.
